Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited (Yuk Wing Group) has announced a boardroom reshuffle effective 7 September 2026. Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Woo Lan Ying has stepped down to pursue other business interests. The company confirmed that Ms. Woo leaves without disagreement with the Board and that no issues require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. The Board expressed appreciation for her service.

Simultaneously, the Board appointed Miss Tsang Karen Ka Yan as an Executive Director. Aged 38, Tsang holds an Executive Master of Accounting from the University of Cambridge (2022), has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2015, and obtained Asset Management Association of China certification in 2016. Her résumé includes:

• Director of Top Legend SPC since 2023, overseeing corporate governance, investment activity and fund operations. • Founder of Legend Global Capital Limited (2017), leading private-equity, IPO and secondary-market initiatives. • More than ten years’ experience in investment, corporate strategy and business development.

Tsang has signed a one-year service agreement commencing 7 September 2026, renewable thereafter with three months’ notice from either party. She is entitled to an annual director’s fee of HK$1.00 million and will be subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association. The company confirmed she has no shareholding in Yuk Wing Group, no relationships with substantial shareholders, directors or senior management, and no additional disclosures are required under Listing Rule 13.51(2).

Following these changes, Yuk Wing Group’s Board comprises two Executive Directors—Ms. Li Kai Lai Miranda and Miss Tsang Karen Ka Yan—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Cheung Sze Ming, Mr. Wong Siu Keung Joe and Mr. Todd Eric.
