In recent days, visits to several distinctive dining establishments in Wucheng District reveal that restaurants offering both unique atmospheres and authentic flavors are gaining increasing popularity, with many sought-after private rooms already fully booked, signaling an early arrival of the pre-holiday dining consumption boom.

Jinhua Yihe Junyue Resort Hotel, nestled at the foot of Jianfeng Mountain and adjacent to the Jinhua North Landscape Park, is seamlessly integrated with the park's winding paths and greenery. This one-stop comprehensive resort hotel combines dining and accommodation, hot spring leisure, family-friendly activities, and banquet services, delivering a full-chain experience of eating, staying, traveling, and entertainment. "All private rooms are fully booked for Mid-Autumn Day itself, and from October 1 to 8, we have confirmed six or seven banquet receptions," said hotel manager Yan Dongmei. Thanks to its complete guest rooms, banquet halls, and rich leisure amenities, many families and groups are opting to combine reunion dinners, banquets, and short leisure trips in one place, making one-stop resort hotels a new consumption choice during the twin holidays.

Jinhua Jiaheng Lanting Hotel's subsidiary restaurant, Bawu Renjia Chengnan Yinshi, is also experiencing explosive popularity. Located in the prime central downtown area of Jinhua with convenient transportation, the hotel integrates guest rooms, dining, and conference functions. Bawu Renjia restaurant delves deep into the vibrant culinary heritage of the Bawu region, selecting local seasonal fresh vegetables and traditional cured meats, with an open kitchen showcasing fresh ingredients and recreating the nostalgic dining scenes of old Jinhua, winning widespread favor among citizens for its authentic local flavors. Hotel head Huang Caifen explained, "Currently, all private rooms for the Mid-Autumn night are fully booked. Bawu Renjia underwent upgrades and renovations before the double holidays, and daily customer traffic is excellent right now." The restaurant space features an elegant new Chinese style, offering both open seating and private rooms, perfectly suited for family reunions and gatherings during occasions like Mid-Autumn and National Day.

Jinhua International Radisson Plaza Hotel, a landmark building in the city center and formerly known as Jinhua International Hotel, is another top choice for citizens hosting family banquets. "The hotel has 18 private rooms in total, and they are essentially fully booked for the Mid-Autumn night, with only two to three small rooms for five to six people still available," explained Ni Xuhao, a hotel representative. In previous years, Mid-Autumn private rooms were typically reserved fully half a month before the holiday, and this year's demand remains equally strong. Beyond family reunion banquets, the hotel is also hosting three wedding banquets and various smaller receptions during the National Day holiday; the fifth-floor buffet will also operate normally throughout the holidays to meet the diverse dining needs of citizens.

Across the river, at the Sanyangli Plaza, Heyuan Shijili restaurant is drawing throngs of diners. The restaurant boasts stunning riverfront views with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river, offering an unobstructed sight of Wuzhou Ancient City and the Ten Thousand Buddha Pagoda. "All 12 private rooms for Mid-Autumn Day were reserved long ago, and over half of the hall seats are also booked. For the Mid-Autumn festival, our kitchen has innovated the menu, aiming to deliver festive meals that are both visually appealing and delicious," said restaurant manager Le Xiaofang. She noted the restaurant specializes in seafood, river delicacies, and Jiangzhe cuisine, with fresh seafood sourced daily at dawn and delivered the same day from Xiangshan, Ningbo, and the Fuchun River to ensure optimal taste. Resident Mr. Liu was currently inquiring about reservations and told reporters, "I've long heard about this river-view restaurant's great environment. For Mid-Autumn, my family wanted to dine while enjoying the river scenery, so I came early to ask, but I didn't expect the private rooms to be this tight."

Nestled in the mountains and waters of Andi Town, Wucheng District, the Wuzhouli Xianyuan Bird's Nest Restaurant has become a popular rural dining spot for its mountain and garden scenery. Located alongside Meixi River, the restaurant blends Chinese courtyard aesthetics, with bamboo and wooden bird's nest-style seating arranged along the stream, while panoramic glass private rooms frame green hills and flowing water just outside the window. "Winding bamboo hedges and paths, zither melodies echoing by the babbling brook, and evening breezes carrying the fragrance of grass and trees—the atmosphere is truly immersive," said Ms. Li, a diner. According to restaurant head Zhu Qunmin, the establishment has 30 private rooms and 10 hall seats, all of which were completely reserved before September 7. "In previous years, Mid-Autumn family banquets had to be booked half a month to a month in advance, but this year, the 'mountains-and-water plus dining' combination has been continuously sought after. Many citizens are choosing to embrace a rustic reunion in the wilds during the twin holidays. Additionally, during the National Day period, we are also hosting five to six engagement banquets," he added.
