JD.com's 7Fresh supermarket will open its first Suqian store on September 24 at JD Tiandi, bringing the city a "genuinely fresh, visible quality" fresh food experience. Located on the first floor of JD Tiandi, Building 6 of JD Smart City in Suyu District, the store sits at the core of the Suqian E-Commerce Industrial Park, offering residents a one-stop, full-category quality retail hub. The new 7Fresh store will debut alongside the official opening of JD Tiandi on the same day.

One of the key highlights of this launch is 7Fresh's industry-first "1+N" business model. The "1" refers to the central flagship experience store at JD Tiandi, where customers can shop in person, while the "N" represents "satellite mini-stores" located near residential communities, focused on instant delivery. Through the 7Fresh app, mini-program, or JD Instant Delivery channels, customers can receive orders within a 3-kilometer radius in as fast as 30 minutes. Starting this Saturday, September 19, 7Fresh will begin online delivery services in Suqian ahead of the physical opening, allowing residents in certain areas to get a first taste of its signature selection. Even before September 24, shoppers can order via the app to have live seafood, seasonal produce, and freshly baked goods delivered to their door in as little as half an hour.

The "24-Hour Fresh" series, a flagship feature of 7Fresh, is also making its debut Suqian. This program ensures vegetables and meat travel from source to shelf within 24 hours, are only sold on the day they arrive, and are never kept overnight for sale the next day. 7Fresh is also introducing its industry-leading "full traceability" system to Suqian. Shoppers can scan a QR code on product packaging or tap "full traceability" in the 7Fresh app to view the entire supply chain journey from origin to store, including base qualifications and pesticide residue test reports. This system has already been applied to nearly 3,000 fresh food categories nationwide, making the provenance of every ingredient transparent. The store will also feature a variety of private-label products that offer high cost-performance. For instance, 7Fresh's "True 3-Year" strong-aroma baijiu, certified by the China Inspection Group for both base and finished wine age, sells for under 50 yuan per bottle, positioning it as a budget-friendly option for everyday drinking or family meals. Additionally, the newly released 7Fresh Daohuaxiang No.2 Wuchang rice, a 2026 seasonal harvest, allows customers to view live footage of the growing base and inspect crop and rice testing reports through the traceability page—simply scan to verify if it's genuine Wuchang rice and this season's crop.
