China Oil & Gas Group Limited announced on 16 September 2026 that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.hk603.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Under the expansion of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A, effective 31 December 2023, the group has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find a hard copy of the Interim Report enclosed with the notice. Any shareholder who encounters difficulties accessing the online documents may request a printed version free of charge from the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or email (ecomm@hk603.com).

To ensure timely receipt of future notices, shareholders are urged to provide an email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. Without a functional email address, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently; only actionable corporate communications will be mailed in hard copy.

Shareholders preferring printed documents can opt in for one year by marking the reply form or emailing the registrar with their name, address and request.
