Domestic Fuel Prices to Rise Tonight: Scheduled Increases of 830 Yuan and 800 Yuan Per Tonne Adjusted to 395 Yuan and 385 Yuan After Government Intervention

According to the National Development and Reform Commission, since the adjustment of domestic refined oil product prices on September 11, the geopolitical situation in the Middle East has remained complex and volatile. International crude oil prices rose rapidly before falling back, and have now surged once again. To mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the domestic market, the government has continued to implement regulatory measures on refined oil product prices.

Based on the current pricing mechanism, starting from 24:00 on September 24, domestic gasoline and diesel (standard product) prices were scheduled to increase by 830 yuan and 800 yuan per tonne, respectively. After regulatory adjustments, the actual increases will be 395 yuan and 385 yuan per tonne. China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinopec, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and other crude oil processing enterprises are required to organize the production and transportation of refined oil products to ensure stable market supply and strictly enforce national pricing policies.

Relevant local authorities must intensify market supervision and inspection efforts, strictly investigate and penalize any violations of national pricing policies, and maintain normal market order. Consumers can report price-related violations through the 12315 platform.
