Green Energy Group Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 29 September 2026. The primary agenda items are:
• Approval of the audited financial results and accompanying announcement for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026.
• Deliberation on the declaration of a final dividend, if any.
The Board currently comprises three executive directors—Lo Kam Wing JP (Co-Chairman), Shao Mingbiao and Ho Wai Hung—and three independent non-executive directors: Tam Chun Wa, Man Kwok Leung and Chan Corrie Wai Yan.
The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 15 September 2026 and was signed by Co-Chairman and Executive Director Lo Kam Wing JP.
