According to a notice from the National Development and Reform Commission, refined oil prices will be adjusted starting from 24:00 on September 24, with Shanghai implementing the change simultaneously.

92-octane gasoline will be priced at 8.57 yuan per liter, 95-octane gasoline at 9.12 yuan per liter, and 0-octane diesel at 8.28 yuan per liter, while 98-octane gasoline will be priced independently by enterprises.

The National Development and Reform Commission stated that since the domestic refined oil price adjustment on September 11, the geopolitical situation in the Middle East has been complex and volatile, with international crude oil prices rising rapidly before falling back, and recently surging again.

To mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the domestic market, the country continues to adopt temporary regulatory measures for domestic refined oil prices.

According to calculations based on the current pricing mechanism, starting from 24:00 on September 24, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) should be raised by 830 yuan and 800 yuan per ton respectively, but after regulation, the actual increases will be 395 yuan and 385 yuan.
