Major Shareholder Boosts Stake in Everest Med with Additional 600,500 Shares

Everest Med (01952) has announced that its board of directors was informed by Mr. Fu Wei, a non-executive director, honorary chairman of the board, and a major shareholder of the company. The notification stated that from May 20 to May 21, 2026, C-Bridge Capital, as a major shareholder, purchased 600,500 ordinary shares of the company on the market, with a total consideration of approximately HK$19.2 million, at an average price of about HK$31.91 per share. Since December 2025, C-Bridge Capital and the directors have collectively acquired over 3.062 million shares on the market, with a total consideration exceeding HK$113.8 million. The board believes that these share purchases reflect the strong confidence of the company's directors and major shareholders in its future prospects and long-term development.
