REM Group’s March Filing Shows Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance

REM Group (Holdings) Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for March 2026, according to the Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.

Total authorised share capital remained at HKD 100.00 million, comprising 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.80 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares stayed at 1.80 billion.

The filing confirms that REM Group satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% as at 31 March 2026.

No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month. The company’s share option scheme also recorded no outstanding options or exercises in March, leaving the potential headroom for up to 180.00 million shares to be granted under the scheme unchanged. There were no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements reported.

The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Yip Chi Fai, affirming compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
