New Sparkle Roll International Group Limited released its Monthly Return (Form FF301) for the period ended 31 March 2026, indicating no movements in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised / registered share capital • Authorised share count remained at 15.63 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.032 each, keeping total authorised capital unchanged at HKD 500.00 million.

Issued shares and treasury shares • Issued shares stayed at 675.36 million; no treasury shares were held or cancelled. • There were no new issues, cancellations, or transfers, resulting in zero net movement for the month.

Public-float status • The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as at 31 March 2026.

Equity incentive schemes • Under the 2025 Share Scheme, no options were outstanding or exercised. The scheme still allows for up to 56.28 million shares to be issued in future grants. • The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements in effect.
