Greentown Service Executes HK$2.0 Million Share Buyback, Issues 33,000 Option Shares

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. reported two capital-market transactions on 3 September 2026 that marginally reduced its outstanding share count.

Share repurchase • The company bought back 464,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$4.195 to HK$4.27, for a total consideration of HK$1.98 million. • Repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares, lifting the treasury-share balance to 39.61 million. • The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 17.09 million shares, equivalent to 0.55 % of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Greentown Service is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 3 October 2026.

Option exercise • Employees exercised share options granted under the 16 June 2023 scheme, resulting in the issue of 33,000 new shares at HK$3.494 each.

Resulting share capital • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased by 431,000 to 3.12 billion, a 0.0138 % reduction versus the prior day. • Total shares in issue, including treasury stock, stand at 3.16 billion.

All actions were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.
