Zhiyuan has officially handed over its 20,000th general-purpose embodied AI robot, the Expedition A3 Ultra, to Chimelong Group at the Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Park. This milestone unit will join other Zhiyuan robots for routine on-site duties, supporting visitor interactions, guided tours, performances, and science education programs.

The mass production and delivery of the 20,000th robot marks a significant transition for Zhiyuan's embodied AI products, moving from research validation and single-point demonstrations toward batch manufacturing, large-scale delivery, and sustained operational deployment. This handover also signals the entry of general-purpose embodied AI robots into high-footfall, highly interactive, and open public tourism environments, expanding beyond relatively structured settings like industrial facilities and commercial shows.

To support scaled deliveries, Zhiyuan has been advancing in-house development of core components, product platform standardization, and end-to-end quality management. Every robot undergoes rigorous factory testing, including high-temperature burn-in at the system level, extended fatigue testing under continuous operation, multi-scenario precision calibration, and stability stress tests, all designed to improve product consistency and long-term operational reliability.

Leveraging its integrated technology framework of "operational intelligence, interactive intelligence, and motion intelligence," the A3 Ultra is expected to take on more dynamic performances, character-based interactions, and service tasks within the Spaceship Park. This deployment is a key step in advancing embodied AI from simply being "manufactured" to being "practically usable and continuously utilized."
