According to information from the National Development and Reform Commission, the domestic refined oil price adjustment window will open at 24:00 on September 24.

Since the domestic refined oil price adjustment on September 11, the geopolitical situation in the Middle East has been complex and volatile, and international crude oil prices have risen rapidly before falling back, only to surge again in recent days. To mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the domestic market, the state continues to take regulatory measures on refined oil prices. Based on the current pricing mechanism, from 24:00 on September 24, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) should have been raised by 830 yuan and 800 yuan per ton respectively; after regulation, the actual increases are 395 yuan and 385 yuan.

On September 24, the website of the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission published a notice on the adjustment of refined oil prices in Shaanxi Province. According to the Measures for the Administration of Petroleum Prices and the domestic refined oil price adjustment information announced by the National Development and Reform Commission, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in our province are hereby announced, effective from 24:00 on September 24, 2026.
