Hong Kong-listed Green Energy Group Limited (abbreviated “Green Energy GP”) disclosed a change in share capital following the completion of a placing of new ordinary shares on 09 September 2026.

The company allotted 26.53 million ordinary shares at HKD 0.40 per share under placing agreements originally signed on 15 July 2026. The transaction increased the issued share count from 1,356.31 million to 1,382.84 million, representing a 1.96% expansion of the company’s outstanding shares. No treasury shares were involved or created by the placement.

Management confirmed that the share issue was duly authorised by the board and complied with all applicable Hong Kong Listing Rules and regulatory requirements. All proceeds from the placement have been received, and the new shares rank pari passu with existing shares in every respect.

As at the close of 09 September 2026, Green Energy GP’s total issued share capital stood at 1,382.84 million shares. No share repurchases, redemptions, or sales of treasury shares were reported during the period.
