Beisen Holding Limited reported that on 14 September 2026 it repurchased 250,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing buy-back mandate.

Key details • Transaction size: 250,000 shares, equal to 0.0347 % of Beisen’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction. • Price range: HKD 2.99–3.04 per share; volume-weighted average price: HKD 3.00. • Cash outlay: HKD 0.75 million. • Purpose: shares will be held as treasury stock; no cancellations were carried out.

Share capital impact • Issued shares outstanding (ex-treasury) fell from 720.35 million to 720.10 million. • Treasury shares rose from 17.73 million to 17.98 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 738.08 million.

Repurchase authority status • Current mandate (approved 18 September 2025) allows buy-backs of up to 70.12 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now stand at 22.75 million shares, representing 3.24 % of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date. • Remaining headroom: about 47.37 million shares. • In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 14 October 2026.

Administrative confirmation The company affirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and no material changes have occurred in the explanatory statement filed on 26 June 2025.
