KLN Logistics Group Limited notified registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now accessible on both the company website (www.kln.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Dated 15 September 2026, the notice confirms that shareholders who previously elected to receive printed communications will find the physical interim report enclosed with the letter.

The company outlined procedures for shareholders who wish to: • Obtain a printed copy of the Interim Report 2026 if they have not yet received one; and/or • Amend their future communication preferences—choosing between electronic delivery and hard-copy mailings, and selecting English, Chinese, or bilingual versions.

To effect any change, shareholders must complete and sign the enclosed “Form of Change of Preference” and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, KLN’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post (with prepaid mailing label) or via the dedicated email address (636-ecom@vistra.com). Shareholders mailing from outside Hong Kong must affix appropriate postage.

KLN highlighted the importance of providing a functional email address. Until a valid address is registered, shareholders will receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications. The company also confirmed that, upon written or emailed request, it will supply printed copies free of charge to shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing electronic versions.
