Shares of LONGSYS (09976) continued to accelerate their upward momentum during the morning trading session. At the time of writing, the stock had climbed 6.85% to HK$191.80, with turnover reaching HK$43.0367 million.

The recent policy push is lending support to the semiconductor sector. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission have jointly issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry. The plan emphasizes accelerating the advancement of high-performance storage capabilities, promoting the strategy of strengthening computing through storage and substituting storage for computing, and enhancing the technical level of distributed and hyper-converged storage systems. It also calls for refining hierarchical data storage architectures and protocols, alongside breakthroughs in technologies such as intelligent tiered storage, data sparsification optimization, and key-value caching, as well as the development of new storage products including high-bandwidth flash memory, high-bandwidth memory, ferroelectric memory, resistive random-access memory, and magnetoelectric memory.

Huatai Securities highlights that LONGSYS, as the leading domestic storage module manufacturer, is well-positioned to capitalize on the AI-driven storage upcycle. The company's advanced enterprise-level and overseas business deployments provide higher growth elasticity, while its sustained focus on developing self-designed controller chips and deepening its TCM/PTM models further consolidates its competitive edge. The brokerage maintains its "Buy" rating. Given that second-quarter memory price increases have surpassed earlier expectations and market sentiment remains robust, Huatai has also revised upward its revenue forecasts for the company over the next three years.
