SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED (SAINT BELLA) reported a minor share buyback on 14 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company repurchased 25,000 ordinary shares on-market, allocating the entire tranche to treasury stock.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HK$3.02 to HK$3.10 apiece, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$3.0837. The aggregate consideration totalled approximately HK$0.08 million.
Post-transaction, SAINT BELLA’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.004% to 617.52 million, while treasury shares rose to 4.68 million. The total issued share capital remained unchanged at 622.20 million shares.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 62.22 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 4.68 million shares, equivalent to 0.75% of the shares in issue when the mandate was granted.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, SAINT BELLA is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 14 October 2026.
