Cherish Sunshine International Limited (Cherish Sunshine) notified the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 September 2026 that Chief Executive Mr. Yang Hua has resigned with immediate effect.

Mr. Yang will continue to serve as Executive Director, Joint Chairman of the Board, and the company’s authorised representative under Listing Rule 3.05, ensuring continuity in corporate governance despite the leadership change.

According to the filing, Mr. Yang’s departure from the chief executive role is driven by a desire to devote more time to other business commitments. He confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no additional matters requiring shareholder or regulatory attention.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Yang’s contributions and stated that it is actively seeking a new chief executive. A further announcement will be made once a suitable candidate is appointed.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises six members: two Executive Directors (Mr. Yang Hua and Ms. Chung Hui Yi), one Non-Executive Director (Mr. Ng Siu Hong), and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Mr. Zhao Zhijiao—also Joint Chairman—Mr. He Zhi, and Ms. Wang Xiaoqiong).
