Midea Group Co., Ltd. reported two separate share repurchase transactions on 16 September 2026, covering both its Shenzhen-listed A shares and Hong Kong-listed H shares.

A-SHARE REPURCHASE • Volume: 1.40 million A shares acquired on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. • Average price: RMB 85.29 per share, within a price range of RMB 84.53–87.00. • Consideration: RMB 119.13 million (approximately USD 16.4 million). • Impact: The repurchased shares represent 0.0205% of the company’s issued A shares. Outstanding A shares declined to 6.81 billion, while A-share treasury holdings rose to 169.20 million.

H-SHARE REPURCHASE • Volume: 100,000 H shares acquired on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the 2026 share award scheme. • Price: HKD 98.30 per share. • Consideration: HKD 9.83 million (approximately USD 1.26 million). • Impact: The transaction equals 0.0154% of issued H shares. Post-trade, outstanding H shares stood at 650.75 million, and H-share treasury stock increased to 100,000 shares.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE Total issued share capital of Midea Group remains unchanged at 6.98 billion shares, with the repurchased shares held as treasury stock for potential future cancellation or distribution.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE The board confirmed that all buybacks were executed in accordance with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, respective repurchase mandates, and relevant securities regulations. No shares have yet been cancelled. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals applies to the H-share market until 16 October 2026.
