Macau Legend Maintains Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance in July 2026 Filing

Macau Legend Development Limited (Macau Legend) released its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, reporting no changes to its authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital stood unchanged at HKD 1.00 billion, representing 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each.

Issued share capital also remained steady: 930.18 million ordinary shares were in issue, with zero treasury shares outstanding. No share repurchases, cancellations, or new issues were recorded during the month.

Macau Legend confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s public-float requirements. The Stock Exchange has granted the company a waiver permitting a minimum public-float level of 19.04%—below the standard 25%—and the company stated that this threshold was satisfied as at 31 July 2026.

The filing indicates no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked agreements. The declaration was signed by Director Li Chu Kwan and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 August 2026.
