Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) has marginally reduced the aggregate cash outlay for its 2026 interim dividend after completing a small-scale buyback and cancellation of restricted shares.

On 15 September 2026, CHALCO repurchased and cancelled 212,580 restricted shares granted under its 2021 share-incentive scheme. The transaction lowered the company’s total issued share capital from 17,154.97 million shares to 17,154.76 million shares.

To keep the dividend per share unchanged at RMB0.276 (tax inclusive), the board recalibrated the total interim dividend distribution to RMB4.73 billion (RMB4,734.71 million), down slightly from the previously announced RMB4,734.77 million. The adjustment represents a reduction of approximately RMB0.06 million.

All other details of the interim dividend— including the ex-dividend timetable and H-share register closure arrangements disclosed on 27 August 2026—remain unchanged.
