Appeal for Using Certified Fuels in Agricultural Machinery

All machinery operators and farming cooperatives,

With the rapid advancement of modern farming, agricultural machinery has become a vital force in boosting production efficiency and securing food supplies. As these machines rely on fuel as their primary energy source, the quality of that fuel directly determines their performance and operational output. To enhance machinery productivity, safeguard the rural environment, and promote sustainable agriculture, the Anyang Agricultural Machinery Development Center issues the following appeal:

Understanding Why Fuel Quality Matters

Fuel quality has a significant impact on engine performance. Engines are precision mechanical systems that need high-grade fuel to deliver steady energy. Poor-quality fuel leads to increased carbon buildup and incomplete combustion, which weakens power output and may trigger hidden malfunctions. Selecting the right fuel is therefore essential for the long-term health of the engine. Certified fuels undergo strict quality checks and meet environmental standards, offering benefits such as cleaner burning, higher combustion efficiency, and lower emissions. They ensure stable operation, reduce breakdown rates, extend equipment lifespan, and help protect the rural ecosystem.

Strongly Rejecting Substandard Fuel

Inferior fuel contains numerous impurities and unidentified additives, with heat values that fall short of required levels, causing excessive fuel consumption. Prolonged use can damage the engine, lead to frequent breakdowns, disrupt agricultural work, and result in severe financial loss. Furthermore, substandard fuel burns incompletely, releasing thick black smoke and hazardous gases. These emissions seriously pollute the environment and harm operators, irritating the skin and affecting the respiratory and nervous systems, potentially causing allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, and chronic poisoning. While certified fuel comes with a slightly higher upfront cost, over time it significantly cuts maintenance expenses, boosts machinery efficiency, and protects both the environment and the health of operators.

Purchasing Fuel Through Authorized Channels

When buying fuel, every operator should make sure to use accredited gas stations, guaranteeing that the product meets national standards, is reliable in quality, and can be traced back to its source. We urge each machinery operator to act as both a promoter and practitioner of certified fuel usage, avoiding the temptation of cheap, unverified fuel that could bring unnecessary losses. At the same time, we encourage everyone to report illegal sales of substandard fuel to local commerce, market regulation, and public security authorities, helping to combat unlawful operations and maintain order in the fuel market.

Dear machinery operators, autumn production is underway. Let us work together to choose certified fuel and deliver strong momentum to agricultural output. We hope everyone stays safe and follows proper procedures during this season, using your skills to contribute to a bountiful harvest.
