It integrates practical functions such as case consultation, lead reporting, and business Q&A, effectively removing the limitations of time and location associated with offline services. Dedicated IP crime investigation officers monitor the platform, promptly reviewing reports of suspected criminal activity and offering precise, professional answers on issues like criminal case filing jurisdiction and procedural workflows.

Simultaneously, public security organs can transfer leads that do not constitute criminal offenses to relevant administrative law enforcement departments, facilitating a two-way flow between administrative and criminal processes. This platform further opens up communication channels between administrative and criminal authorities, enabling IP rights enforcement and criminal consultations to be handled conveniently, promptly, and accurately via mobile devices.
