Golden autumn has arrived, bringing with it the rich aroma of ripened grains. At the Shibazhang Original Ecological Pearl Millet Family Farm in Nansong Town, over one hundred acres of millet are now ready for harvest, with local farmers seizing the sunny weather to cut, thresh, and dry the crops in a lively scene of autumn fieldwork.

According to farm manager Li Yuliang, the farm adheres to an original ecological and green planting model, utilizing only sheep manure as fertilizer throughout the entire growing process. By leveraging the unique mountainous advantages of the local yellow sand hills and red soil, combined with natural conditions of good ventilation and ample sunlight, the farm produces millet that is plump in kernel, vibrant in color, and rich in fragrance—qualities that have earned it widespread market recognition and consumer favor.

The growth of this specialty millet industry has effectively revitalized idle mountainous land resources, transforming ecological advantages into developmental strengths. At the same time, the farm employs nearby rural residents, broadening avenues for local income growth and empowering rural revitalization through distinctive crop cultivation.

"In the next phase, the farm will continue to polish the original ecological pearl millet brand, optimize planting and management practices, strictly control product quality, and expand both online and offline sales channels," Li Yuliang stated. "We aim to persistently enhance the quality and efficiency of specialty agriculture, injecting strong momentum into the revitalization of rural industries."
