AAC Tech Buys Back 146,000 Shares for HKD 5.91 Million, Treasury Stock Reaches 44.20 Million

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (AAC Tech) disclosed that on 16 September 2026 it repurchased 146,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 40.46 and HKD 40.50, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 40.49 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 5.91 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 1,154.45 million to 1,154.30 million. Treasury shares rose to 44.20 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,198.50 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises AAC Tech to buy back up to 116.18 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 7.48 million shares, representing 0.64 % of the issued share count on the mandate date.

Under Listing Rule 10.06, AAC Tech is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
