REM GROUP HLDGS Reports Stable Share Structure for August 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

REM Group (Holdings) Limited filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

The company’s authorised capital stayed at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares also remained unchanged at 1.80 billion, and the firm continued to hold zero treasury shares throughout the month.

REM Group affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as at 31 August 2026.

Under the 2018 Share Option Scheme, there were no outstanding options, no new grants and no exercises in August. The scheme still permits the potential issuance of up to 180.00 million shares, and no proceeds were raised during the month.

The company reported no activity involving warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments or treasury-share movements.

With all key metrics unchanged, REM Group’s equity structure remained consistent during August 2026, providing clarity to investors on the company’s share capital position.
