The National Development and Reform Commission, responding to recent shifts in international crude oil prices, has decided to adjust refined oil product prices effective from 24:00 on September 24, 2026.

Under national regulations, the maximum retail price of 89-grade gasoline (the standard grade) in our city has been raised from 10,295 yuan per ton to 10,690 yuan per ton, an increase of 395 yuan. The maximum retail price of 0-grade diesel (the standard grade) has been raised from 9,235 yuan per ton to 9,620 yuan per ton, an increase of 385 yuan. Maximum retail prices for other grades of gasoline and diesel have been adjusted accordingly.

Following the adjustment, the maximum retail prices per liter of refined oil products in our city are as follows: 89-grade gasoline at 7.98 yuan, up 0.29 yuan; 92-grade gasoline at 8.61 yuan, up 0.32 yuan; 95-grade gasoline at 9.09 yuan, up 0.33 yuan; and 0-grade diesel at 8.31 yuan, up 0.33 yuan. Refined oil retail enterprises may set specific retail prices provided they do not exceed the maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel.

Analysis from Longzhong Information indicates that this is the nineteenth price adjustment of 2026 and the thirteenth increase of the year. After this adjustment, refined oil price changes in 2026 will present a pattern of "thirteen increases, five decreases, and one suspension." The next price adjustment window will open at 24:00 on October 15, 2026. Based on current international crude oil price levels, the next round of refined oil price adjustments is expected to begin with a downward trend.

Analysis from Zhuochuang Information shows that filling up a small private car with a 50-liter tank with 92-grade gasoline will cost 15.5 yuan more than before. For a small private car driven 2,000 kilometers per month with fuel consumption of 8 liters per 100 kilometers, consumer fuel costs will increase by 35 yuan by the next price adjustment window, that is, before 24:00 on October 15.

Costs for the logistics industry have also risen. For a heavy truck driven 10,000 kilometers per month with fuel consumption of 38 liters per 100 kilometers, the fuel cost per vehicle will increase by about 878 yuan before the next price adjustment window opens.
