Since the domestic refined oil product price adjustment on September 11, the complex and volatile geopolitical situation in the Middle East has caused international crude oil prices to spike, then fall, and now surge once again. To mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the domestic market, the state has continued to implement regulatory measures on refined oil product prices.
According to the current pricing mechanism, starting from 24:00 on September 24, the domestic price per ton of gasoline and diesel (standard products) should have increased by 830 yuan and 800 yuan respectively. However, following the adjustment controls, the actual increase is set at 395 yuan and 385 yuan respectively. PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, along with other crude oil processing enterprises, are required to organize refined oil production and transportation to ensure stable market supply and strictly implement national pricing policies.
Local relevant departments are required to intensify market supervision and inspection efforts, strictly investigate and penalize any violations of national pricing policies, and maintain normal market order. Consumers can report price violations through the 12315 platform. Attached is a list of the maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel in various provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and key cities.
