At a recent launch event themed around AI-driven logistics held in Beijing's Haidian district, a significant partnership was unveiled among four industry players. SAIC Maxus, Zhuoyu Technology, CATL's battery-swap unit, and Yisen Power have formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly deploy 50,000 autonomous logistics vehicles equipped with standardized battery-swap solutions.

During the same event, the industry's first cloud-based AI dispatching hub for urban freight, named "Taichu," was also introduced to the public. This collaboration marks a pioneering effort in China, as it is the first time a complete ecosystem has been assembled involving a vehicle manufacturer, an embodied AI company, a standardized battery-swap service provider, and an AI-driven full-chain operations platform.

The division of responsibilities is clearly defined among the four partners. SAIC Maxus is tasked with supplying commercial autonomous vehicles specifically designed for urban logistics scenarios. Zhuoyu Technology will contribute its expertise in intelligent driving systems. The battery asset management and swap technology will be handled by CATL's battery-swap unit, while Yisen Power will oversee the comprehensive operational capabilities across the entire logistics chain.

Looking ahead, the partnership intends to deepen its collaboration in two key areas. The first involves joint research and development efforts aimed at creating next-generation battery-swap vehicles with high-capacity batteries, shifting the focus from merely adapting existing models to defining future vehicle platforms. The second area of exploration will center on developing new models for overseas expansion, providing a blueprint for exporting the combined capabilities of autonomous technology, operational expertise, and ecosystem support in the realm of urban last-mile unmanned delivery.
