CT VISION Shareholder Transfers HK$101 Million Stake from Emperor Securities to CMB International

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on March 27, a shareholder of CT VISION transferred shares from Emperor Securities Hong Kong to CMB International Securities. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$101 million, representing 24.20% of the company's issued share capital. In a prior announcement, CT VISION indicated that, compared to a consolidated net loss attributable to company owners of approximately HK$23.81 million for the 2024 financial year, the group anticipates recording a net loss attributable to owners of not less than HK$33 million for the year ending December 31, 2025.
