CT Vision Attracts HK$12 Million Investment, to Raise Further HK$54 Million From Equity Markets

CT Vision (HKG:0994) agreed to issue HK$10.8 million worth of shares to an investor and would seek a further HK$54 million via the equity markets, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The renewable energy company's shares gained nearly 6% in late morning trade Thursday.

The company agreed to issue 30 million shares at HK$0.36 apiece to Arta Asset Management and simultaneously launched a public offering for another 150 million shares at the same price.

Proceeds from the sales will be used to expand and develop the company's renewable energy and aerospace businesses.
