Taidoc Technology's (TPE:4736) UBRIGHT will acquire land and a factory in Tainan, Taiwan, for NT$364.2 million, according to a Wednesday filing.
The property comprises 3,132.8 square meters of land and a 4,844.7-square-meter building, will be sold by K-JUMP HEALTH.
The acquisition is for operational purposes, it said.
