Fubon Financial's (TPE:2881) subsidiary, Fubon Securities, will renew the lease for an office space from Fubon Life Insurance, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The space covers around 328.77 ping, with the unit requiring the space to continue the lease for business purposes.
The rent for the new lease is NT$2,968 per month.
