Bonjour Holdings' (HKG:0653) capital reorganization became effective on Sept. 11, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The capital reorganization, first proposed on Aug. 4, comprised a 30-for-1 share consolidation, capital reduction, and share sub-division.
Trading in the beauty product company's shares, which was halted Sept. 11, resumed Sept. 15.
