Cherish Sunshine International (HKG:1094) said Chief Executive Yang Hua resigned from the role, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
He resigned to devote more time to other business commitments, the company said.
The board will seek a suitable candidate to succeed Yang as chief executive and make a further announcement upon appointment.
