Octopus (APAC) (SGX:43A) has formed a joint venture in Singapore with co-founders of UK-based beverage consultancy, Wildfire Advisory, according to a Tuesday filing.
The alcohol distributor aims to expand its new brand expansion across Asia-Pacific through the JV by utilizing an integrated platform that covers brand strategy, market execution and distribution.
The JV will operate on a capital-light model with different revenue streams.
