FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) said the Supreme Court of Victoria has approved a AU$27 million settlement resolving a shareholder class action filed against the company in November 2023, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.
The settlement will be fully covered by available insurance proceeds and was reached without the company admitting any liability, the filing said.
