Critical Metals Says Court Clears European Lithium Deal for October Shareholder Vote

Critical Metals (CRML) said the Supreme Court of Western Australia ordered European Lithium to hold shareholder and option holder meetings to vote on the proposed merger.

The scheme booklet approved by the court is expected around Sept. 22, with related meetings scheduled for Oct. 22 in Western Australia, Critical Metals said Tuesday in a statement.

The all-stock acquisition of European Lithium is expected to close in November.
