Boxabl (BXBL) appointed Larry King as chief financial officer and Heather Clayton as chief accounting officer, the company said Tuesday.
King most recently served as an independent consultant, while Clayton previously served as CFO of the Vegas Golden Knights.
Boxabl shares were down 6.8% in premarket activity.
