Corteva Changes Soybean Strategy of Spin-Off Vylor

Corteva (CTVA) plans to change the soybean strategy of Vylor, its advanced seed and genetics spin-off, which is set to separate from the company on Oct. 1, the company said Tuesday.
Vylor plans to launch four new technology platforms that are meant to outpace rivals and deliver around $500 million in incremental revenue by 2035, Corteva said.
Among the new platforms is a Latin America platform that includes a spectrum of insect controls, the company said.
