Corporate Travel Management Secures UK Government Contract Extensions; Shares Fall 3%

Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) has secured contract extensions and continued travel management arrangements with the UK Home Office, Scottish Government and Cabinet Office, with the agreements expected to generate 105 million pounds sterling in total transaction value (TTV) over their initial terms, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The Home Office contract has been extended to August 2027 with a forecast TTV of 65 million pounds sterling, while the Scottish Government agreement, covering 93 public-sector organizations, runs until September 2027 and is expected to generate 25 million pounds sterling, per the filing.

The company's relationship with the Cabinet Office will continue under the RM6342 framework through August 2027, with forecast TTV of 15 million pounds sterling, the filing added.

The company's shares fell around 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
