James Hardie Reaffirms Fiscal 2027 Sales Outlook, Raises Free Cash Flow Target

James Hardie Industries plc (JHX) on Tuesday reaffirmed its fiscal Q2 and fiscal 2027 net sales outlook, and raised its fiscal 2027 free cash flow target as it outlined its growth strategy at its 2026 Investor Day.

The building materials company said it continues to expect fiscal Q2 net sales between $1.49 billion and $1.58 billion

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.52 billion.

For fiscal 2027, James Hardie Industries estimates net sales between $5.56 billion and $5.72 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.72 billion.

James Hardie also said it expects to achieve its $125 million cost-synergy target about one year ahead of schedule. The company said it remains on track to generate $500 million in revenue synergies.

The company said it is targeting annual organic growth of 4% to 7% above market growth and plans to reduce net leverage below 2.0 times by the second quarter of fiscal 2028.
