Q & M Dental (Singapore) (SGX:QC7) received a listing and quotation notice for the listing of 16.4 million shares at SG$0.70 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares were issued as consideration for the proposed acquisition of a dental group in Thailand.
