Hub Group (HUBG) shares fell 1.4% on Friday, a day after the company said it received a delisting notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its Form 10-K annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, and its Form 10-Q quarterly reports for the periods ended March 31 and June 30.

The notice will not immediately result in the suspension or delisting of the shares, Hub said, adding it plans to appeal the decision by requesting a hearing with the stock exchange's hearings panel.
