Longeveron's (LGVN) phase 2b trial of stem cell therapy laromestrocel in 40 infants with hypoplastic left heart syndrome failed to meet its primary endpoint of a change in right ventricular ejection fraction at Month 12, the company said late Wednesday.

Shares slumped 58% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 1.2 million from a daily average of about 47,000.

Viant Technology (DSP) announced late Wednesday an underwritten public offering of 8.5 million Class A shares by a selling stockholder.

Shares sank 17% as intraday trading volume soared to over 1.0 million from the stock's daily average of roughly 256,000.

Fluence Energy (FLNC) cut fiscal 2026 revenue guidance, citing ongoing supply chain issues impacting its US production. Baird downgraded Fluence to underperform from neutral and adjusted its price target to $3 from $10.

Fluence shares fell 15% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 27.4 million from a daily average of about 7.6 million.
