Frasers Property Thailand REIT Buys 872.6 Million Baht in Assets

Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (SET:FTREIT) has acquired additional assets worth 872.6 million baht as part of a larger investment plan of up to 2.78 billion baht, according to a Wednesday filing to the Thailand bourse.
The company has taken ownership of three factory buildings, divided into three units, from Frasers Property (Thailand) (SET:FPT) for its Kabinburi Industrial Zone project and Rojana Industrial Park Prachinburi project.
It will also take over the land and ownership of two warehouse buildings, divided into eight units, as well as other assets from Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) for the Frasers Property Logistics Park (Wangnoi 2) Project.
