LG Electronics' (KRX:066570) coolant distribution unit (CDU) and and LG Energy Solution's (KRX:373220) battery energy storage system (BESS) have obtained NVIDIA DSXReady seals, according to separate releases on Tuesday.

NVIDIA's DSXReady program covers products that meet specific design requirements for AI data centers, which it also refers to as AI factories.

NVIDIA labeled LG Electronics' 2.6-megawatt CDU as a "large-scale" solution capable of managing significant thermal loads from large-scale AI server clusters.

LG Energy Solution plans to accelerate growth in the North American ESS market, with a goal of securing more than 50 gigawatt-hour of lithium, iron and phosphate battery cell production capacity in 2026.
