Regis Resources Identifies High-Grade Gold at Western Australia Operation

Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) said assay results from resource development drilling at the Rosemont underground, part of its Duketon gold operations in Western Australia, continue to highlight the potential to further extend resources and mine life, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The results were up to one meter at 4.4 grams per tonne gold from 920 meters and one meter at 2.8 grams per tonne gold from 801 meters.
The results confirm the mineralized unit extends 600 meters south of the current resource envelope at Rosemont, with mineralization remaining open along strike from the current Rosemont Stage 3 underground development, the filing added.
