0200 GMT - Keppel REIT's divestment of T Tower could pave the way for further asset sales and unit buybacks, potentially providing catalysts for the units, Citi analyst Brandon Lee says in a note. While noting the T Tower sale could result in a roughly 1% distribution per unit dilution, Citi has a positive view of the divestment. The bank, which keeps its neutral rating with a target price of 0.95 Singapore dollar, adds a 30-day upside catalyst for Keppel REIT. Units are down 1.2% at S$0.85.
